The Opportunity
The ability of the US to meet its international climate commitments equitably for its vulnerable communities requires leveraging government dollars.
Our public-private partnership transactional structures can drive enormous sums sitting inert on the sidelines of the global economy into critical Government, Tribal, and Nonprofit (GTN) Climate projects utilizing modest public dollars.
The Strategy

Opportunity
GTN organizations have a massive appetite for pursuing Climate projects. Overseas institutional investors have strong values alignment and plentiful flexible capital.
Service
We have designed an innovative transaction structure to catalyze the investment of overseas investors into GTN Climate projects. The newly introduced U.S. Treasury incentives have generated a large amount of interest among banks and consultancies with relationships to these GTN organizations. However, these service providers have not yet generated viable transactional structures. In contrast, our transaction structures are modeled on successful past experiences.
Challenge
The Inflation Reduction Act offered powerful incentives for Climate projects to private companies. GTN organizations could not use these incentives. Last Fall, the US Treasury Department made those incentives available. Our innovative deal structure is uniquely placed to catalyze deals to scale through these incentives.
Strategy
Our pipeline of projects is formulated through relationships and research, list purchasing, and brokers. We focus on outreach to organizations with specific preferences and the ability to transact swiftly and at scale.
Meet the team
We are a team of globally leading experts in public-private-community partnerships with decades of experience in all facets of these deals and deep relationships with all sides of the table
